I remember days of making this pie with my mother's friend Ruby Malone when my brother came back from Viet Nam. He liked this pie with Bluebarry Pie Filling as a topping. My family likes the Strawberry Pie Filling as a topping.

How to Make Strawberry Cheese Pie
- Prepare dream whip by package directions in a cold bowl with cold beaters. Chill.
- Cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add eagle brand milk and combine well.
- Add lemon juice and combine. Add the extracts. Fold in the prepared dream whip.
- Pour into graham crust. Chill until firm. Cover with strawberry pie filling. Chill until serving time.
