Ingredients

2 - large eggs
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
1 2/3 cups evaporated milk

How To Make stacey's sweet potato pie

Step 1

Mix ingredients together and pour into 9 inch crust. Bake @ 425 for 15 minutes, then 350 degrees for 45 minutes
