1Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream just until blended, stir in coconut and vanilla.
2Gently fold in whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into crust evenly. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh chocolate covered strawberries, and drizzle with melted chocolate chips.
3Melted chocolate chips: Melt chocolate chips over low flame in non-stick small sauce pan. Dip about 6 strawberries into melted chocolate and set them on waxed paper to set then place them in fridge. Drizzle melted chocolate over pie and continue to refrigerate for about 15 minutes,then garnish with strawberries. A Light and cool dessert for spring and summer! Got any Questions?
