1 cup sour cream
- 9" pie crust
20 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed and drained

How To Make special strawberry pie

Step 1

Beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in sour cream and strawberries. Pour into pie crust. Place in freezer until hardened, at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove 1 hour before serving.
