How to Make Sour Cream Peach Pie
- Fill pie shell with peaches.
- In small bowl, combine 1 c. sugar, salt, flour and sour cream and pour over peaches. Cover with lattice crust.
- Combine 2 T. sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle over pie.
- Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350° for 40 minutes.
