sour cream peach pie
Many years ago my mother made peach kuchens with peaches from our back yard. I've tried for years to replicate that taste and this is the closest I've come.

Ingredients
- 2 - pie crusts
- 3 pounds peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- dash nutmeg
How To Make sour cream peach pie

Step 1Fill pie shell with peaches.

Step 2In small bowl, combine 1 c. sugar, salt, flour and sour cream and pour over peaches. Cover with lattice crust.

Step 3Combine 2 T. sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle over pie.

Step 4Bake at 450° for 15 minutes, then reduce to 350° for 40 minutes.
