Sour Cream Apple Pie

Wendy Rusch

I've never really been a fan of apple pie and I really wanted to like one, I don't know why :) but anyway, one of my daycare parents told me that their husband made the best apple of course I said, bring me the recipe...AND of course I switched a few things up, can't ever leave anything as is...But this is it and I hope you enjoy it!
Sea Sun submitted the beautiful photo! The recipe don't say to, but she added a top crust! Which is gorgeous! Goes to show how recipes can be beautifully altered! :o) Thank You Sea Sun!!!
