1unbaked pie shell for 2 crust pie

1/3 cflour

2 can(s)pitted red tart cherries (16 oz) drained

1/4 tspalmond extract

2 Tbspbutter

1 1/3 csugar
How to Make Sour Cherry Pie
- preheat oven to 425
- mix sugar and flour.
- stir cherries into sugar mixture. turn into pastry lined pie plate.
- Sprinkle with almond extract and dot with butter.
- Cover pie with top crust that has slits cut into it. seal and flute edge.
- Bake until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through the slits. approx 35-45 minutes.
