1In small bowl combine sugar cones,butter and sugar then press into 10 inch pie plate ensure that sides of pie dish is covered also.
2wash berries and cut off stems. Take out 1 cup strawberries and slice in half these will be for top of pie the other half of the strawberries is for the pieces in the filling. place remaining strawberries into blender and blend till smooth. you should have about 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
3In large mixing bowl stir together the strawberry liquid and the soften vanilla ice cream and malted milk powder.
4Pour into crust then cover and place in freezer for 2 hours. Remove from freezer and Spread fudge over top. let pie sit 30 minutes before serving.
