Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 4 - egg yolks, beaten
- 1/2 cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
- 1 - 9inch graham cracker pie crust
- - whipped cream, sweetened or cool whip
How To Make so-so easy key lime pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and beaten egg yolks. Slowly add the lime juice, whisking as you do. The mixture should begin to thicken. Pour into the prepared graham cracker pie crust. Bake for about 15 minutes or until filling is almost set. Do not brown the pie. Let cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
