How to Make So Easy Banana-Caramel Pie
1In saucepan, mix cold water and egg yolks. Combine sugars, flour, and salt; stir into yolk mixture. Gradually add boiling water, stirring briskly. Cook, stirring, 3 to 5 minutes til smooth and thick.
2Add butter and vanilla; cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate several hours.
Slice bananas and brush with lemon juice. Arrange over pie filling. Spread whipped cream over all.
