slow cooker pumpkin "pie"

I love this recipe got it from my best friend who lives in Colorado.It is really more of a pumkin cake then pie but soooo yummy!We like to serve it with either whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz cans canned pumpkin
  • 12 oz cans evaporated milk
  • 3//4 cups sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spices
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make slow cooker pumpkin "pie"

  • Step 1
    Mix altogether and pour into well greased crockpot.Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low cook 6-7 hours. Enjoy with dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
