How to Make six pie crusts
- Sift flour, sugar and salt.Cut in shortening with pastry blender or fingers,add the milk and blind well.
- Divide into 6 balls for 9" crusts. Roll out immediately or refrigerate or freeze in plastic bags.
To make a baked pie crust prick the bottom and sides well with a fork and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until light brown.Fill as desired.
