Ingredients
- 1 - 9" graham cracker pie crust
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup strawberry jam, slightly melted
How To Make simple summer berry pie

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Bake pie crust for 5 mins. Let cool. In bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth but thinned a little.

Step 2Spread mix into cooled pie shell. Arrange berries on top of filling w/ points pointing up. Push down berries into filling just enough for them to anchor.

Step 3Pour slightly melted jam over berries. Refrigerate at least 1 hr.
