19" graham cracker pie crust
18 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 ptfresh strawberries, hulled
1 cstrawberry jam, slightly melted
How to Make Simple summer berry pie
- Heat oven to 350. Bake pie crust for 5 mins. Let cool. In bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth but thinned a little.
- Spread mix into cooled pie shell. Arrange berries on top of filling w/ points pointing up. Push down berries into filling just enough for them to anchor.
- Pour slightly melted jam over berries. Refrigerate at least 1 hr.
