Ingredients
- 2 boxes instant sugar free vanilla pudding (3.4 oz each)
- 2 3/4 cups 2% milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 - carton of 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
How To Make simple coconut cream pie

Step 1In a large bowl, whisk pudding, milk and extract together. Gently fold in whipped topping and coconut.

Step 2Place into a 9 inch reduced sugar graham cracker crust. Chill for several hours before serving.
