This so creamy....others that I've tried to make have come out a little dry....but not this one!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, (10 3/4 oz. cans)
  • 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz. bag)
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

How To Make simple chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400'. Mix the chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt together and pour into a greased baking dish. (I spray mine with Pam)
  • Step 2
    In another bowl mix together the biscuit mix and milk until blended then pour over top of the chicken mixture.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the top with the parsley flakes and bake for 30 -35 minutes or until the crust turns a golden brown. (Also great to use turkey in this)
