Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, (10 3/4 oz. cans)
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz. bag)
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
How To Make simple chicken pot pie

Step 1Heat oven to 400'. Mix the chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt together and pour into a greased baking dish. (I spray mine with Pam)

Step 2In another bowl mix together the biscuit mix and milk until blended then pour over top of the chicken mixture.

Step 3Sprinkle the top with the parsley flakes and bake for 30 -35 minutes or until the crust turns a golden brown. (Also great to use turkey in this)
