  • SPRINKLE PEACHES WITH LEMON JUICE IN 9X13 PAN - SET ASIDE
  • 5 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • IN BOWL STIR UNTIL WELL BLENDED [BATTER WILL BE THICK] SPR EAD OVER PEACHES TO EDGES OF PAN
  • i cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup butter. softened & cut into slices
  • 1 cup milk
  • IN SMALL BOWL MIX WELL TO SPRINKLE OVER BATTER
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • POUR 1-1/2 CUP BOILING WATER OVER ALL
