Ingredients

  • ·
    1 cup blackberry jam
  • ·
    1/2 cup sugar
  • ·
    3 eggs beaten together
  • ·
    1/3 sick butter
  • ·
    1 tsp vanilla
  • ·
    1/3 cup bourbon whiskey
  • ·
    1 unbaked pie shell
  • ·
    1/2 pint whipping cream-whipped

How to Make Sharkie Pie-Depression Era

Step-by-Step

  1. Bake shell for about 10 minutes at 425 degrees (until slightly brown) Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into the shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. When cool, put whip cream on top.
