Ingredients

  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1 stick
    melted margarine
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla flavoring
  • 2
    eggs (beaten)
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1
    unbaked reg. pie shell (makes 1 pie)

How to Make Selma's Pecan Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix first five ingredients well. Add pecans and pour into your pie shell.
  2. Bake 30-35 minutes, on 350. When you take hold of pie and it looks really lose right on it is not ready. Just don't overcook.
  3. Very good recipe. Enjoy :)
