- 7 - egg whites unbeaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 - 9 inch unbaked pie shell
- - pre heat oven to 325. in a large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, graham crackers pecans and coconut. stir until well combined. pour into shell bake at 325 for 38 to 40 minutes until set and glossy
