- 15 ounces canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 - unbaked 9 inch deep dish pie shell

Step 2In a large bowl, mix togetjher all ingredients (except pie shell); pour mixture into pie shell

Step 3Bake 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350F and bake an additional 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
