My cousin made this pie for one of our Family Christmas get togethers. This is a very easy pie to make, it is also very delicious!

- 20 ritz crackers, rolled fine with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 egg whites, beaten very stiff
1 cup sugar

How To Make ritz cracker pie

Step 1

Add cracker mixture and pecans to egg whites.

Step 2

Fold into greased pie pan.
Step 3

Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Step 4

Chill 4 hours.
Step 5

Top with 1/2 pint whipping cream two hours before serving.
