This is very good on a hot day and is easy to make.

Ingredients

3 - egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
20 - ritz crackers,crushed
1 cup peacans ,chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make ritz cracker pie

Step 1

Beat egg whites till stiff peaks form.

Step 2

Add sugar a little at a time,about 1/4 cup, while mixing.
Step 3

Add baking powder,salt, crackers,vanilla,and nuts to egg white mixture.
Step 4

Blend well. Pour into greased pie plate.
Step 5

Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees or untill golden. Chill and Serve.
