3 medium egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
20 - ritz crackers, crumbled
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make ritz cracker pie

Step 1

to stiffly beaten egg whites, add sugar, baking powder, salt, crackers, pecans and vanilla. crumble crackers by hand for larger crumbs.

Step 2

pour into lightly greased 9 inch pie pan.
Step 3

bake 30 minutes at 325. chill and serve with whipped cream.
