- mrs. smith's frozen deep dish pie shell
- 2 lb
- ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c
- 2 tsp
- anise or almond extract (i've always used almond)
How to Make Ricotta Pie
- 1Warm the frozen pie shell in oven until "dry".
- 2Mix all ingredients well.
- 3Pour into pie shell.
- 4Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
- 5Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- 6Refrigerate until chilled.
