  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz
    mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c
  • 2 large
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 box
    refrigerated pillsbury pie crust (use only 1 in box}
  • ·
    cinnamon for garnishing before baking

How to Make Ricotta Mascarpone Pie


  1. Combine the Ricotta Cheese,Mascarpone Cheese,the eggs,vanilla extract,salt,sugar.
  2. Beat well in mixer
  3. Pour into the prepared crust
  4. Sift some cinnamon SPARINGLY on top of pie
  5. Bake in a PREHEATED oven about 40-45 minutes
  6. Serve,can also top with fruit toppings or fresh whipped cream,if preferred
