mascarpone cheese,and 2 large eggs
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
1/2 c
1/8 tsp
1 pkg
prepared pillsbury piecrusts {use one of the 2 in package}refrigerated
cinnamon for garnishing before baking

How to Make Ricotta Mascarpone Pie


  • 1Combine the Ricotta Cheese,Mascar[one Cheese,eggs,vanilla extract,salt and sugar
  • 2Beat together until smooth
  • 3Pour into the prepared pie crust
  • 4Sift some cinnamon over top,SPARINGLY
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees (preheated oven) about 40-45 minutes
  • 6CHILL OVERNIGHT or several hours till COLD and FIRM
  • 7SO GOOD!
