Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1 c
    ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz
    mascarpone cheese,and 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1 pkg
    prepared pillsbury piecrusts {use one of the 2 in package}refrigerated
  • ·
    cinnamon for garnishing before baking

How to Make Ricotta Mascarpone Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine the Ricotta Cheese,Mascar[one Cheese,eggs,vanilla extract,salt and sugar
  2. Beat together until smooth
  3. Pour into the prepared pie crust
  4. Sift some cinnamon over top,SPARINGLY
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (preheated oven) about 40-45 minutes
  6. CHILL OVERNIGHT or several hours till COLD and FIRM
  7. SO GOOD!
