How to Make Ribbon ice cream pie
- put vanilla ice cream in large bowl. Stir until smooth but not melted. Spread into bottom of crust. Freeze 30 minutes or until just firm.
- Repeat as above with chocolate ice cream, then strawberry ice cream. Cover pie and freeze until firm.
To serve, slightly warm fudge sauce and microwave. Drizzle over pie. Garnish with strawberries. Makes 12 servings
