Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 cup flour
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- FILLING:
- 2 - eggs beaten with 2 tablespoons water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
How To Make rhubarb torte

Step 1Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix filling and pour into baked crust. Bake for an additional 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
