We like Rhubarb pie This is a good recipe .I wish i had my grandma thomas,s recipe she made the best .But this is close to it.

Ingredients
- - pie pastry, for double crust pie
- 4 cups diced fresh or defrosted rhubarb
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 11/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mace
- 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
How To Make rhubarb pie

Step 1Prepare pastry as directed. Toss rhubarb with flour,sugar,orange peel and mace.pour into bottom of crust;dot with bits of butter.Top fruit with lattice or plain crust.Pinch and crimp edge;slash top to vent.

Step 2Bake at 450 oven for 10 min;reduce oven to 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve ay room temperature.
