    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 2 c
    chopped rhubarb
  • 1
    pie shell, unbaked

How to Make Rhubarb Custard Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together eggs, flour, sugar and cream. Add cold water and mix again. Put rhubarb in pie shell and cover with filling. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.
