Ingredients

3
eggs
1 Tbsp
flour
1 1/4 c
sugar
2/3 c
heavy cream
1/2 c
water
2 c
chopped rhubarb
1
pie shell, unbaked

Step-By-Step

1Mix together eggs, flour, sugar and cream. Add cold water and mix again. Put rhubarb in pie shell and cover with filling. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.
