Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 - pie shell, unbaked
How To Make rhubarb custard pie

Step 1Mix together eggs, flour, sugar and cream. Add cold water and mix again. Put rhubarb in pie shell and cover with filling. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.
