Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 - pie shell, unbaked

How To Make rhubarb custard pie

  • Step 1
    Mix together eggs, flour, sugar and cream. Add cold water and mix again. Put rhubarb in pie shell and cover with filling. Bake @ 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.
