How to Make Rhubarb Custard Pie


  1. Heat oven to 400
  2. Prepare pastry.
  3. Beat eggs slightly;add remaining ingredients except for butter and mix thoroughly. Pour into pastry lined pie dish.Dot with butter
  4. top with a lattice top
  5. cover edges with foil to prevent excessive browning; remove foil last 15 minutes of baking
  6. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until nicely browned. I bake 50 minutes
  7. Serve slightly warm
