- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 3 - egg yolks, beaten
- 3 cups rhubarb

Step 1Cook rhubarb 1 min then drain. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add milk. When thick add eggs, cook for a few min, add rhubarb and cool. Put into crust and top with meringue.
