3 cups milk
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 - egg yolks, beaten
3 cups rhubarb
- meringue

Step 1

Cook rhubarb 1 min then drain. Mix sugar and cornstarch, add milk. When thick add eggs, cook for a few min, add rhubarb and cool. Put into crust and top with meringue.
