This is a very beautiful and delicious pie recipe passed down from my Grandma.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 3 cups cut rhubarb
- 2 - pie pastry, prepared
How To Make rhubarb cream pie!

Step 1pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter.

Step 2add your beaten egg, and beat until smooth.

Step 3place rhubarb in 9" pastry lined pie pan. pour your blended ingredients on top.

Step 4cut your top pastry into strips and place your lattice strips over your pie.

Step 5Bake at 450 for 10 min., then reduce heat to 350 for 30 min.
