How to Make Rhubarb Cream Pie!
1pre-heat oven to 450 degrees. Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, and butter.
2add your beaten egg, and beat until smooth.
3place rhubarb in 9" pastry lined pie pan. pour your blended ingredients on top.
4cut your top pastry into strips and place your lattice strips over your pie.
5Bake at 450 for 10 min., then reduce heat to 350 for 30 min.
