Ingredients
- 1 - deep dish pie shell
- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 stick butter, unsalted soften
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
How To Make reethy's down home fluffy sweet potato pie

Step 1Bake potatos @ 350 for 40 to 50 minutes, until fork tender. Let cool to touch, pill and smash in large bowel.

Step 2Add ALL ingredients (except flour) in bowel an beat for 3 minutes. THIS WIIL REMOVE ALL THE FIBER STRING FROM THE POTATO.

Step 3Clean beaters clean, repeat step 2, one more time.

Step 4Add flour, mix well

Step 5Transfer to pie shell. Bake @ 310, 35-45 minutes SLOW AND LOW
