I'm not one of those people who is a fan of white chocolate. Just never cared for it. However, I may change my mind after trying this pie. However, I thought for those of you who do like white chocolate, you may enjoy this recipe too!
1Beat the cream, sugar, vanilla, and raspberry liqueur until the mixture forms soft peaks. Fold in the melted chocolate then the raspberries. Pour the mixture into the chocolate crust. Chill for 2 hours until firm before serving.
