Raspberry Ganache Pie
This is quick and easy. But remember it has to set 4 hours in the refrigerator.
8 ozsemi-sweet baking chocolate, rough chopped
1 cwhipping cream
6 Tbspseedless raspberry jam, divided
1ready to use chocolate crumb crust, 6oz.
2 cfresh raspberries
How to Make Raspberry Ganache Pie
- Microwave chocolate and cream on high, 2minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Whisk until smooth and fully melted. Stir in 2 tablespoons of jam.
- Pour into crust and refrigerate 4 hours.
- Arrange berries on top of pie. Microwave remaining 4 tablespoons of jam and 1 tablespoon water in small microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds on high. Stir until well blended. Brush onto the berries. Keep refrigerated.
