My husband is a true lover of chocolate and raspberries. Every time I see a new recipe for that combination I have to try it. This is quick and easy. But remember it has to set 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, rough chopped
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 6 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam, divided
- 1 - ready to use chocolate crumb crust, 6oz.
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon water
How To Make raspberry ganache pie

Step 1Microwave chocolate and cream on high, 2minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after each minute. Whisk until smooth and fully melted. Stir in 2 tablespoons of jam.

Step 2Pour into crust and refrigerate 4 hours.

Step 3Arrange berries on top of pie. Microwave remaining 4 tablespoons of jam and 1 tablespoon water in small microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds on high. Stir until well blended. Brush onto the berries. Keep refrigerated.
