Ingredients
- 1 package frozen ready-to-bake pie crust
- 1 package lemon gelatin, i used diet
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 3/4 cup ginger ale
- 3 packages pints fresh blueberries, washed

Step 11. bake pie shell according to package directions, set aside to cool

Step 22. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 pint blueberries and remaining ingredients. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until gelatin mix has dissolved and blueberries have popped and colored mixture blue, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cook 5 minutes

Step 33. Stir in remaining 2 pints blueberries and spoon into baked pie shell.

Step 44. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set. Enjoy...
