Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen ready-to-bake pie crust
  • 1 package lemon gelatin, i used diet
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch
  • 3/4 cup ginger ale
  • 3 packages pints fresh blueberries, washed

How To Make quick blueberry pie

  • Step 1
    1. bake pie shell according to package directions, set aside to cool
  • Step 2
    2. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 pint blueberries and remaining ingredients. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until gelatin mix has dissolved and blueberries have popped and colored mixture blue, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cook 5 minutes
  • Step 3
    3. Stir in remaining 2 pints blueberries and spoon into baked pie shell.

    4. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set. Enjoy...
