1 pkglemon gelatin, i used diet
1/4 ccorn starch
3/4 cginger ale
3 pkgpints fresh blueberries, washed
How to Make Quick Blueberry Pie
- 1. bake pie shell according to package directions, set aside to cool
- 2. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 1 pint blueberries and remaining ingredients. Cook 5-7 minutes, or until gelatin mix has dissolved and blueberries have popped and colored mixture blue, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cook 5 minutes
- 3. Stir in remaining 2 pints blueberries and spoon into baked pie shell.
