quick and good pie crust

This is a neat and quick crust. It's in the same 1960's cookbook that the red bean pie came from. This is the pie crust I always used.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons milk

How To Make quick and good pie crust

  • Step 1
    Dump the dry ingredients into the pie pan and mix together with a fork. Spread the dry ingredients out in the pie pan and make a well in the center. Mix the oil and mIlk together and dump into the well. Use a fork to combine and press by hand up the sides of the pie pan and cover the bottom. Bake at 450 til brown.
