Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz bag of soft peppermint's
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 - envolope of plain gelitan
- 1 - chocolate cookie crust
- 1/4 cup cold water
How To Make purdy's peppermint pie

Step 1dissolve gelatin in water and set aside

Step 2put 1/2 c whipping cream in sauce pan with peppermints and cook over low heat till all candy is dissolved

Step 3while the candy is cooking whip the remander of the cream till stiff set aside,

Step 4when candy is done add gelatin stir till mixed let cool, fold in to stiffen whipping cream pour into shell and chill till ready to use
