Ingredients

1 - 8 oz bag of soft peppermint's
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 - envolope of plain gelitan
1 - chocolate cookie crust
1/4 cup cold water

How To Make purdy's peppermint pie

Step 1

dissolve gelatin in water and set aside

Step 2

put 1/2 c whipping cream in sauce pan with peppermints and cook over low heat till all candy is dissolved
Step 3

while the candy is cooking whip the remander of the cream till stiff set aside,
Step 4

when candy is done add gelatin stir till mixed let cool, fold in to stiffen whipping cream pour into shell and chill till ready to use
