- fifteen ounce can solid pack pumpkin
- 12 ounces can fat free evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons light, soft tub margarine
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spices
- 2 teaspoons vanilla

Step 1Mix together all ingredients. pour into a greased crockpot.

Step 2Cook on low six to seven hours or until a thermometer reads one hundred and sixty degrees. Serve with fat free whipped topping.
