I had a friend and when she needed to cook something she would call me and ask me things one day she called and gave me a recipe she is in Heaven now so Pam this is for you

Ingredients

  • - 1 pint of vanilla ice cream at room temp ( let it melt)
  • - 1 reg can of pumpkin
  • - 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • - 2 eggs beaten
  • - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • - 1 frozen deep dish pie shell ( thaw )

How To Make pumpkin pie / ice cream

  • Step 1
    Pre heat oven to 450 thaw and prick pie shell bottom and sides
  • Step 2
    Mix all ingredients ice cream,pumpkin,brown sugar,eggs,spice pour into the pie shell Bake for 10 min at 450 reduce heat to 350 bake for 40 min more or until done. check by inserting a knife or toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean
