Ingredients
- - pie pastry, prepared
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons egg, or egg substitute
How To Make pumpkin pie for two

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 4X1 3/8" tart pans(with removable bottoms) on baking sheet.

Step 2Line pans with pie pastry.

Step 3Mix together all ingredients until very smooth.

Step 4Pour filling in tart pans.

Step 5Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until pies are set in the center.

Step 6Remove to wire racks and let cool.
