Its a lot, but you can freeze them in advance for a holiday, just seal them up good to protect from freezer burn.

  • 4 c
    cooked mashed pumpkin
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 can(s)
    coconut
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon extract

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Filling

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Dot the top with butter and Bake at 350 until done.
