i found this recipe on taste of home site...it's a easy recipe and oh so good if ur a pumpkin fan as my family is...

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    flour...plus 1 tablespoon for top
  • 1 c
    nuts your choice...finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 3/4 c
    butter ...softened
  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz. pumpkin
  • 1 can(s)
    14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Pumpkin Pie Bars

Step-by-Step

  1. heat oven to 375 degrees...
    combine 1 1/2 cups flour,nuts,sugars,and 1 tsp.cinnamon in med bowl...add butter,mix until resembles coarse crumbs...reserve 1 1/4cups mixture...
    pat remaining mixture on bottom of a ungreased 13x9 baking pan...
  2. combine pumpkin,milk,eggs,cinnamon,allspice,and salt...pour over crust.
    mix reserved crumbs 1 tablespoon flour sprinkle over pumpkin...bake 30to35 minutes or until set...cool 10 minutes...
