This recipe was given to me by a
neighbor. I think it's more of a
custard pie. But what a nice texture and the taste is great.

    large eggs
  • 3 c
    white sugar
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 qt
    whole milk
  • 29 oz
    can pumpkin
  • 3
    frozen pie crust

How to Make Pumpkin Pie


  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees, along with 2 cookie sheets.
  2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until they are foamy, set aside
  3. Beat the rest of the ingredients together blending well.
  4. Fold in the beaten eggs.
  5. Divide the filling amoung the three pie crust.
  6. Place the pie's in the oven on the pre-heated cookie
  7. Bake for 1 hour or until tooth pick comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  9. Serve with vanilla Ice cream and some cool whip
  10. For two pies use only 6 eggs and keep the remaining ingredients the same.
