Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 - large eggs
- 1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 1 - (9 inch) deep dish pie shell
How To Make pumpkin pie

Step 1Beat eggs in a large bowl.

Step 2Add all spices and pumpkin and mix.

Step 3Slowly add evaporated milk.

Step 4Pour into pie shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 5Reduce to 350 degrees and bake additional 45 minutes.

Step 6Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
