I used to make this on Thanksgiving for my father-in-law.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 can eagle brand milk
  • 16 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 1 - unbaked pie crust

How To Make pumpkin pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine filling ingredients. Mix well and pour into pie shell.
  • Step 3
    Bake 15 minutes for 425 degrees, then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake at 35 - 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
