Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

1uncooked 9 in. pie pastry

2 ccooked pumpkin cooled (i steam ahead and freeze)

1 1/2 cevaporated milk or rich cream
-
1/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 craw sugar
-
1/4 tspginger and nutmeg (each)

1 Tbspcinnamon
-
1/8 tspground cloves
-
2eggs slightly beaten
How to Make Pumpkin Pie
- Line pie pan with pastry.
- preheat oven to 425 F.
- mix together ingredients in a large bowl till well blended. Pour mixture into pie shell.
- bake 15 min then reduce heat to 350 F. bake 45 min. more, or till knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the pie.
- Serve warm with whip cream.
