Ingredients
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 16 ounces can cooked pumpkin
- 14 ounces can evaporated milk
- 1 - 9 inch baked pie shell
How To Make pumpkin pie

Step 1In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except pastry shell, and beat until well combined.

Step 2Pour pumpkin mixture into pastry shell.

Step 3If there is too much filling for the shell, the remaining filling may be cooked in cups.

Step 4Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven for 4 minutes or until edges begin to set.

Step 5Carefully move the cooked portions toward the center.

Step 6Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven an additional 6 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 7Cool before serving.

Step 8Variation: Heat 3 or 4 custard cups of filling, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
