Ingredients
- 1 - 9" unbaked pie shell
- 4 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or pecan extract

Step 1Combine all ingredients except pecans

Step 2Pour mixture into pie shell; top with pecans

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
