This is an amish recipe given to me by Mary, from Mary's Bakery in Charm, Ohio. I love all of her recipes. Simple and good.

    9" unbaked pie shell
  • 4
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c
    pumpkin, canned or cooked
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla or pecan extract

How to Make Pumpkin Pecan Pie


  1. Combine all ingredients except pecans
  2. Pour mixture into pie shell; top with pecans
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
